- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The doctor may be very skilled, but the office manager who deals with insurance and payment details has exceptionally little empathy, nor "people skills". It is unfortunate that this doctor has hired Diane to represent his office in the "up front" position that she has without a caring attitude for patients. Avoid Diane if at all possible; she may not like her job or simply not like people, but she would be better to work with a forklift at Costco than work with people.March 03, 2017by Debra B
