- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Spoke to receptionist trying to find a doctor who works with disability patients, she (Kathy) gave me the run around. I told her of my horrible experience at Klahanie, she put me on hold four times trying to investigate when I am in need of setting up continuing care. She then tells me I can hold and I said okay, but then tells me there are others waiting. How is that my problem? I'm calling to make an appointment not for you to play detective. Very unprofessional. I understand not all of Swedish is terrible based off my two experiences, but until I am proven wrong I will recommend that everyone avoid Swedish and Valley Medical until further notice.June 25, 2017by Violet R.
